Important! You must have your primary care physician fax a referral to the practice before submitting a medical inquiry.

Medical appointments are by referral only. Please get your family doctor to fax the referral to Dr Loo. The consult is covered by OHIP if you have a referral letter. Medical inquiries are for pre-existing medical patients only.

Please note that there is currently a waitlist to be seen by a dermatologist for a medical appointment. Please contact us via email to be added to the waitlist.
